Area Measure respects your space and your data.

Local processing

Area Measure uses your iPhone camera and Apple ARKit to place and calculate measurements in augmented reality. Measurement processing happens locally on your device. The app does not send your photos or camera feed to Maadotaa.

Camera access

Camera access is required so the app can understand the scene in front of you and show AR measurement guides. Camera access is used only while you are actively using the measurement experience.

iCloud sync

If iCloud is available for the app, saved measurements may sync through Apple CloudKit in your private iCloud database so they can be available across your devices. Maadotaa does not sell your measurement data or use it for advertising.

Data sharing

Area Measure does not sell or rent your personal data. Measurement data remains on your device and, when sync is active, in your private iCloud database unless you choose to share information outside the app through iOS features.
